for me this year world cup marks the end to a period a great period in the history of soccer..when i juz started watching soccer...figo..zidane..beckham..ronaldo.raul..calos...cafu...totti...viara..ruicosta..all these players are young and they r the best ....but now they r leaving us...left the world to the young ppl....i tink no one is willing to see that when there is no bending kick as accurate as beckham..when there is no through pass as sharp as wat zidane does..there is no far shot as powerful as figo...but this juz happent..yesterday after the world cup final..zidane juz announce that he is going to retire...his life is perfect he got all the champions he could get...he is the best..even though the red card destroyt his last performance ...Itali stopt him from making another miracle..but after all he is still the best...the best player after manadola.......everyone will rmb him because he is not onli a soccer player..but an artist indeed.
Figo...he is the greatest gentleman......i will never forget the moment when all the bacelona fans started throwing things to him and saying tht he is betrayer..but he still play on the field and even beg his teammates not to quarrel with the fans..he is great..not onli his skill as wonderful as zidane..but his personality...all the best..figo...

i dun noe wat else i can say...two and half years ago..Robert baggio announct the retirement..my best hero gone..two yr ago Batistuta announct that also...one yr ago..bergkamp retired..and tday figo and zidane also left....i cannot imagine a world cup without them...a eropean champion league without them..but this juz happent..
